Service & Install Tech Requirements:
- HVAC service experience installing HVAC cooling or heating systems
- Gas service experience a plus
- Professional appearance & attitude a must
- Clean record with current driver’s license
- Passion for exceptional service, pride in workmanship
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be team oriented and work well independently
- Must be available for on-call rotation
- We are a drug free company
- Must pass a drug test, background check and have a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits Package Includes:
- Signing Bonus: $1000.00
- Year round with competitive wage: $62,400 -$79,000
- PLUS Commission for sales leads
