Mass Save® Offers 0% Financing for Energy Efficient Home Improvements

Mass Save®, a collaborative of the state’s energy providers, is now offering a 0% financing program, with payment terms of up to seven years, for certain home improvement project that meet energy efficiency guidelines. It is called the Mass Save HEAT Loan, and it is great way to make upgrades to your home more affordable and accessible.

The Mitsubishi Ductless cooling systems installed by The Fuel Company are on the “approved” list for eligibility. Which means you can enjoy a cooler, drier and more comfortable summer, while paying for your new system in affordable monthly installments. What’s more, your new ductless system may be eligible for up to $2,500 in energy rebates, making it even more within reach.

Applying for a Mass Save HEAT loan starts with a required home energy assessment.
