After experiencing frozen pipes this winter, their staff was unbelievably thorough and professional in addressing a very complex problem. John G, Mike S, Cardoza (and others, I'm sure) were readily available, provided excellent follow up and helped avoid a major disaster. Denise also provided exceptional follow-up throughout the process and made sure resources were available over a few weeks. The office employees have also been enormously helpful in providing documentation needed for my records. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional. Thank you."

    My water heater stopped working all of a sudden and I had no hot water. Within 24 hrs Mike was at my house. Amazing customer service from The Fuel Co! In a very short amount of time, he found the problem and fixed it. He also took the time to walk me through what he was looking for and how he fixed it. Cannot appreciate him and thank him enough.

They recommended a fuel payment plan which was much more cost effective for our family in the long run. He got me up and running through the weekend until they could send out a tech who specializing with gas burners. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. My systems has never run so well. Can’t say enough positive things about the entire team. Thank you!"
